My fitness journey has been an evolving process, and one of learning and enjoyment. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of exercise science, I believe that every individual has the power to achieve greatness. My approach is all about crafting tailored workouts that not only challenge your body but also inspire confidence, discipline, and a lifelong commitment to wellness. I combine the latest training techniques that integrate nutrition, strength, and flexibility, ensuring every session is engaging and effective.

Over the years, I’ve engaged in a variety of sports, which help me to realize the benefits of physical activity in daily life. There have been milestones of fitness that have shaped who I am and paved the road to where I stand today.

During my high school years I was involved in a variety of sports, specially football and lacrosse. Through football, I gained strength & power, allowing me to achieve accolades including Team Captain, All-State and All Conference honors. With Lacrosse, I gained speed & agility. This enabled me to play college lacrosse for The Ohio State University.

My next experience was in the study of martial arts, where I learned the discipline of proper form, technique & body mechanics, achieving the rank of a Black Belt (Nidan) in Isshinryu.

My current fitness path began when I joined the MAX Challenge as a client, enjoying the workouts and motivating others. This led to becoming a certified Group Fitness Instructor and, eventually, a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, where I now teach both personal training and group fitness.

By the way, did I mention I’m also a musician? Playing in a rock band has kept me lighthearted, and staying fit has helped me perform at my best.

What I enjoy most is motivating others to improve their health, strength & self-esteem. Watching clients exceed their limits is incredibly rewarding. I’m passionate about motivating others to push beyond what they thought possible and helping them believe in themselves.

Life is a journey, not a destination. Each day brings us the opportunity to be better than before and the ability to push through any obstacles that come our way. 🙂
